FISH Hospitality Program

FISH Returns to Bound Brook from August 24 through August 31

Bound Brook Presbyterian has experienced the power of volunteering to serve in these last few months. Imagine the courage of Steve and Doug as they volunteered to take to the pulpit and offer wonderful sermons.

The Hospitality program has always known that our congregation will find the time and energy required to take care of the guests that visit our cave several times each year. The coordinators for the Hospitality program will need each of you to support and care for our guests the week beginning August 24th. Summer vacations make it particularly difficult to find the 50 or more volunteers required to host and feed Hospitality guests for a week. On Sunday August 3rd, the 10th and the 17th, the Sign-Up table for Hospitality will be in the parlor after services. Join the ranks of ASP crews, guest preachers, Mississippi workers and the Hospitality volunteers that fulfill the mission
of our church to spread God's love both outside and within our walls.

We welcome those that need a place to stay, we provide hope for children here and abroad - and we understand that these are acts of love that show the presence of Christ shining in our lives.

About FISH

FISH Hospitality Network gives us the opportunity to welcome and care for women and families improving their lives one week at a time.

Become a part of this exciting ministry by preparing a meal, helping our cooks (5:OO to 7:30 pm), hosting in the cave one evening (7:30 to 10:00 pm), or helping our guests feel secure by sleeping in the cave one night(10:00 to 7:00 am).

Volunteering with the FISH hospitality program is a great opportunity to get to know other church members, or get together with friends to provide much needed support to people who are in need.

If you are interested in participating in this very important mission work please contact Tammy Newbold at (732) 356-9028, or Mark Huddell at (732) 560-9623.
