We will begin our fall season on Sunday, September 18 at 8:45 am in the cemetery chapel with a study of the book “The Great Emergence” by Phyllis Tickle.   We are familiar with this author from our studies with the Animate series and the Science and Religion classes.   The book is subtitled “How Christianity Is Changing and Why” and in this class we will explore the challenging times facing our Christian faith.   If you are able, it will be beneficial to read the book in advance of the class, although it is not required.   Pastor Linda may have some copies or you can find it in your favorite online bookstore.  Sal Lalama will be leading our discussion.




THURSDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY begins October 6 at 10:15 AM in the cemetery chapel and will be discussing Thomas Cahill’s book, Heretics & Heroes: How Renaissance Artists and Reformation Priests Created Our World.  Rev. Linda Owens will be leading the discussion.  Books can be ordered through
